Customers on-screen massage seats will now work on screen as long as the seat modules are updated. 
Massage Seat On-Screen Control - Requires updates to driver & passenger seat modules


Without that update only hard button control will be present. 
Massage Seat Hard Button Control - This feature will continue working without any additional programming or updates

This update cannot be compleated by the dealer. Infotainment should be able to help program this please reach out.
