Harness Prep
Unpack the three included harnesses:
C-INTC5T main conversion (includes camera inputs)
USB conversion
Fakra antenna adapter
Seat the 52-Pin Harness
Ensure the black 52-pin connector is fully engaged (lever latched).
Plug in Data & Audio
Light Blue + Light Green via C-INTC5T โ listen for the โclick.โ
Attach Antennas & USB
White Fakra to AM/FM, Blue Fakra (via adapter) to GPS.
Brown USB harness โ to the USB ports in dash.
Camera Connections
Backup (Red) and Cargo (Tan) inputs are already routed inside the C-INTC5T harnessโno extra Fakra connections required at the UBD.
Secure & Tidy
Zip-tie unused Purple/Pink leads.
Bundle harnesses to prevent strain or interference.

Ensure the 52-pin harness is fully seated
Check Fuse F44 (1500DT) โ 20A Yellow โ inside IPDC
Perform CAN-bus Reset:
Disconnect negative battery terminal(s)
Wait 15โ20 minutes
Reconnect and test again
Some installs require 24โ48 hour acclimation to fully sync
CAN-bus Reset can resolve initialization issues
Confirm Light Green audio plug is fully clicked into C-INTC5T
If equipped with external amp (Alpine/HK), verify amp has power
Perform CAN-bus Reset if all physical connections are solid
Enable Bluetooth + Wi-Fi on your phone
Restart phone and vehicle
Go to โPhoneโ > Bluetooth pairing on Uconnect 5
If wireless fails:
Forget vehicle in Bluetooth list and re-pair

Press and hold Volume + Tune/Browse knobs
Hold for 5+ seconds until screen blacks out and Uconnect logo reboots
Turn off vehicle

Confirm GenieMax is securely connected to the correct GenieMax plug on the C-INTC5T harness.
Unplug GenieMax, perform a CAN-bus reset (battery disconnect), then reconnect and retry.
Pop the GenieMax open and check that all DIP switches are in the correct position for your vehicle/year (diagram below).
